Whilst we are still operating subject to Government Guidance on the pandemic, the Estate Office is being staffed throughout the week albeit with reduced team members to allow full social distancing and virus prevention measures to be implemented to safeguard the team.
Should you wish to drop off a letter to the office please use the letter box located to the right of the main office doors.
If you think that you need to have a face to face meeting please note that this is only being permitted on a pre-arranged appointment basis and some team members remain unavailable for meetings until further notice. To discuss an appointment please call the office on 01903 882220.
Please note the team will not be accepting visitors who arrive without an appointment.
Before coming to a pre arranged appointment visitors must confirm they, and all members of their household, are free of Covid-19 symptoms and will upon arrival will be screened for a high temperature. Any meetings will be held outside of the Estate Office building weather permitting and face coverings should be worn at all times.

Please report without delay any illness with COVID-19 symptoms or any close contact with anyone who has reported these symptoms, so that a decision can be made over further action required.
